Donor-Advised Funds (DAF)

A Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) allows you to recommend grants to the Symphony while receiving tax benefits. Your DAF contribution ensures that the Symphony continues to bring the joy of music to the community. Choose a link below to give via commonly used DAF foundations.

Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCD)

For donors 70½ years or older, a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) from your IRA is a great way to give. QCDs count towards your required minimum distribution and can offer tax advantages. Please ensure your QCD is processed by December 31 to count towards the current tax year.

Donate Stock

Your gift of appreciated stock helps sustain the Symphony and may provide significant tax savings. To take advantage of this giving option, please send written instructions to your broker of your gift specifying that it is to be a charitable contribution to the Wichita Symphony. Donor Privacy Policy

The Wichita Symphony maintains the highest level of respect for the privacy of its donors. The Wichita Symphony does not share, sell, trade, rent or publish postal addresses, telephone numbers, or e-mails of our donors. Unless you specifically request anonymity, your name will be listed at the appropriate level with the many other patrons who make generous gifts to the Wichita Symphony in our Symphony program book. Your listing will appear for the duration of one year.

If you are making a gift in honor of, or in memory of someone, please inform us of the name and address of an individual to whom we can send a card acknowledging your gift. We will not share the amount of your gift.
